Caitlyn Swift

Swift (b. 1999) is a multimedia artist currently based in Phoenix, Arizona. Her evocative figurative paintings, drawings, and sculptures serve as physical manifestations of personal, psychological, and historical feminine archetypes. Through exaggeration, elongation, and nuanced historical poses, Caitlyn's figures are in dialogue with traditional portrayals of the female body throughout the history of art. She earned her BFA from the University of Arizona in 2020 and is currently a third-year MFA student and instructor of record at Arizona State University, expected to graduate in Spring of 2025.
